In an attic there is always something new to discover. That’s why C’e’ o non C’e’ is reminiscent of a farmhouse attic. A little like a museum, a little like a workshop where antique tools and rare objects are brought back to life as furnishings and ornaments. Reinvented in a playful and artistic way. So at every table there is a story to be told, with a different ending every night. Sometimes the story is told by loving glances over a dinner for two, sometimes by the lighthearted laughter of old friends. Variations on the same theme: the pleasure of spending time together. And our guests are the main characters of the story.
Once upon a time there was a table, and it is still there…
This is how the story (or fairytale) of a unique table for two began. But not just any two people: to be able to sit at this table you have to have something very special to say to the other person and to want to share it with the rest of the world. Just like the first couple who, a few years ago, started what has since become a real tradition. Over a romantic dinner they gazed into each others’ eyes. Then he took out a piece of pen and paper and wrote her a love letter. Words of pure passion. She read it…and they lived happily ever after.
Since then, that strange three-legged table with a bowl in the middle has been the treasury of the love letters written by couples in love.
Promises and wishes, just like those written on the walls of Juliet’s house which are collected and published on our Facebook page. Because everyone loves a happy ending.
